Back Nine Reviews was founded in 2011 as the first niche golf course review website worldwide. The site currently features over 14,000 US golf courses and country clubs. Back Nine Reviews provides the opportunity for users to search for golf courses, read current reviews, write their own review, and find golf courses and/or function halls – all for free. Golf Courses are rated on the criteria of customer service, course maintenance, friendliness, price, pace of play and overall experience. Back Nine Reviews users also have the option to recommend the golf course and provide a descriptive review. 

Back Nine reviews is committed to providing a central collection point for informative reviews. We screen all submitted reviews through a four step process to identify fraudulent and incomplete submissions. 

The Back Nine Reviews Certified Course Program is a golf course and country club partnership program. Courses that qualify for this program must be in good standing with Back Nine Reviews and must be committed to quality customer service. Certified Courses have the opportunity to actively engage Back Nine reviewers and potential customers. Back Nine Reviews visitors can feel confident in knowing that a Certified Course is dedicated to providing a high level of customer attention and in the event of a disappointing experience, will work with the reviewer to rectify the situation.
